Eligibility for Returns

1. Perishable Items:
   • All perishable food items, including fresh and consumable products, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect due to our error.
   • You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Non-Perishable Items:
   • Non-perishable products may be eligible for returns within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

• The product was damaged during transit.
• An incorrect product was delivered.
• The product was spoiled upon arrival (proof required).

Please note: Refund requests for reasons other than those listed above will not be accepted.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• For replacement requests, the replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

Exceptions

• Products improperly stored or handled after delivery are not eligible for refunds or returns.
• Discounted or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.
